1. Catch Up on Sleep
Long flights are an excellent opportunity to catch up on sleep, especially if you’re traveling across time zones and want to minimize jet lag. Bring a comfortable travel pillow, eye mask, and earplugs or noise-canceling headphones to help create a conducive sleep environment. One of the First flight ideas I do on an airplane is fall asleep. That’s usually because I stayed up all night packing and don’t want to risk missing my flight by over sleeping.
2. Watch Movies and TV Shows
In-flight entertainment systems usually offer a wide selection of movies and TV shows to keep you entertained during your flight. Make a list of movies you’ve been meaning to watch or start a new TV series to help pass the time.
3. Read or Listen to Audiobooks
Long flights provide the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in a good book or listen to an audiobook. Download a few titles before your flight and enjoy uninterrupted reading or listening time.

You place them on your skin an use a smartphone looking device that has alot of different settings.

Long flights offer a unique opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds and cultures. Strike up a conversation with your seatmate or other passengers and share travel stories, tips, and experiences.
